Alternate reality plot!

Having lost the encounter with the Leviathan, the Gallipoli drifts through space without power. Eventually, it becomes apparent it is going to collide with a planet. Using some impressive manipulations of the laws of physics ala A team, the weapons are used steer the ship so it is captured and braked by the planets gravity. So instead of one large crater and no survivors, the ship makes a crash landing in a swamp. Finding no small green creatures that talk strange, Skarr and Murdoch take the Mako for a drive. they eventually discover a downed ship, but are rapidly attacked by sharktosaurus rex x 2. Defeating the creatures, they enter the ship and recover the parts they need. After repairing the ship, they return to the known galaxy to find it very quiet, too quiet in fact. It would appear the reaper invasion happened and everyone else is dead. Bugger.

having acquired control of the Levianthan, Orio plots a course for that empty looking patch of space in the direction of home. Then a heated discussion begins over the chain of command and just who is in control of the ship. eventually, those of the crew on the bridge notice something odd. The stars have stopped moving. It would appear Orios poor driving has steered them right into a black hole. Luckily, it is unstable, and after what seems like 3 hours, the main gun laser battery is fired into the black hole, piercing a channel through it. Emerging on the far side at great speed, The ship blisters past an assembled Geth fleet, which Rodge briefly gets a chance to fire on, before the ship plummets through the veil and back into known space. Hawkins is immediately bombarded with communications chatter regarding where he has been. He also learns the reaper invasion has begun at the local cluster. Orio begins the braking procedure and then confronts Hawkins with an ultimatum; Essentially he wants the ship.

Hawkins draws his pistol on Orio which results in Murdoch pulling both his guns on Hawkins. The stalemate ends when Murdoch shoots Hawkins. Hawkins responds by pulling Murdochs guns from his hands, Orio activates security protocols and Skarr tackles Hawkins to protect him. The four pass out.

Later, they regain consciousness, restrained by the ships metallic guardians. Orio has lost command of the vessel due to his self destructive actions, and the ship will not give Hawkins command. Hawkins manages to convince the ship that Skarr should be in command. The ship agrees.

Skarr, in command of the most destructive dreadnought the galaxy has ever seen, plays a pivotal role in the liberation of Earth from the Reaper fleet and is lauded as a hero among the races of the galaxy. Hooray for Skarr!
